Q: Where is KUGOLD based, and where do my items ship from?

A: KUGOLD is a U.S.-registered brand operating an ultra-lean, global direct-to-consumer business model. To provide elite luxury quality without the traditional middleman markup, our designs are engineered and shipped directly from our specialized master jewelry manufacturing facility in China.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: To ensure absolute quality, most of our jewelry is freshly made-to-order. In-stock items ship on the same business day. Standard catalog pieces take 5–10 business days (averaging around 7 days) to craft before shipping. Custom-engraved or personalized jewelry commissions take approximately 20 business days to build.

Q: Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

A: International shipments from China may occasionally be selected for standard random customs inspections by your local authorities. Any import duties, local taxes, or customs clearing fees levied upon arrival are the sole legal responsibility of the buyer. KUGOLD does not promise pre-paid customs coverage.

Q: Is KUGOLD jewelry real solid gold, or is it plated/vermeil?

A: We enforce a strict zero-plating policy. Every piece in our core catalog is certified 100% genuine 9K or 14K Solid Gold. It is genuine gold all the way through, meaning it holds its precious metal value forever and will never turn green or peel.

Q: Are KUGOLD pieces safe for highly sensitive skin?

A: Yes, absolutely. Because we manufacture exclusively with high-purity solid K-gold and premium Moissanite, our jewelry is entirely nickel-free, lead-free, and 100% hypoallergenic. It is perfectly safe for sensitive skin and long-term daily wear.

Returns & Logistics

Q: Can I return my order if it doesn't fit?

A: Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in original packaging. However, please note that to maintain our factory-direct pricing, all international returns must be shipped back to our Centralized Asian Quality Inspection Hub in China, and international return shipping fees are handled by the customer.

Q: Can I return earrings?

A: For strict health and hygiene safety reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged once their protective hygienic tamper-evident seal has been broken or opened.
