What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty protects your purchase against any hidden engineering or manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship from the moment of delivery. Covered scenarios include:

• Malfunctioning clasps, broken chain links, or loose joints prior to routine wear.
• Failures in structural solid gold casting or micro-soldering precision.
• Unsecured Moissanite gemstone prongs resulting from factory craftsmanship error.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Because fine jewelry is meant to actively experience the real world with you, our lifetime warranty does not cover issues resulting from accidental damage or normal daily wear, including:

• Surface scratches, cosmetic dents, or minor metal bending caused by daily friction.
• Lost, stolen, or misplaced jewelry pieces and gemstones.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning chemicals, forceful crushing, or modifications executed by an unauthorized third-party jeweler.

How to Submit a Claim

If your piece displays a structural failure that you believe is a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team at support@kugold.com with your original order confirmation details, a clear close-up photograph, and a brief description. Our master factory jewelers will review your claim, and if approved, we will repair or replace your item completely free of charge.
