Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

To honor our commitment to direct-to-consumer factory pricing, KUGOLD utilizes a highly streamlined global logistics network. All orders are carefully quality-inspected and dispatched directly from our master jewelry manufacturing facility in China.

1. Production & Processing Timelines

Because we value premium craftsmanship over mass factory production, most of our fine jewelry is freshly made-to-order upon your purchase.

  • In-Stock Items: If your selected piece happens to be currently available in our workshop, it will be dispatched on the same business day.
  • Standard Made-to-Order Items: Fine jewelry crafting, precious stone setting, and micro-polishing typically take 5–10 business days (averaging around 7 days) before the item is ready to ship.
  • Custom & Personalized Commissions: Complex custom orders or personalized engravings are uniquely engineered for you and require approximately 20 business days for master workshop production prior to dispatch.

An automated email containing an active end-to-end tracking number will be sent to you the exact moment your package departs our facility.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows

We partner with secure, fully insured international courier networks to safeguard your solid gold delivery.

  • Standard Insured Shipping: For deliveries to the United States, transit averages around 7 business days once shipped. For the rest of the world, estimated transit is 7–14 business days.
  • Important Notice on Transit: Please note that international transit timelines are realistic estimates. Due to global logistics dynamics, unforeseen weather, or local customs processing speeds, delivery times cannot be guaranteed with absolute certainty.

3. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

KUGOLD operates a transparent international direct-to-door supply chain from China.

Please be fully advised that all international shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs clearances, or value-added taxes (VAT) according to your destination country's legal regulations.

While our shipping logistics network routes packages efficiently to minimize friction, customs authorities perform standard random inspections. Any local import duties, customs clearings fees, or taxes levied upon arrival are the sole legal responsibility of the buyer. KUGOLD does not assume liability or promise pre-paid tax coverage for unexpected local customs charges or transit delays caused by local customs clearing protocols.
