Shipping & Delivery

To support our direct-to-consumer pricing, KuGOLD uses a streamlined global fulfillment network. Every order is carefully inspected and dispatched from our specialized jewelry workshop in China.

1. Production & Processing Times

We prioritize careful craftsmanship over mass production. Processing time depends on whether an item is currently in stock or needs to be produced after your order is placed.

• In-Stock Items: If your selected piece is available in our workshop, it will normally be dispatched within 48 hours after your order is confirmed.
• Items Produced After Purchase (Non-Custom): Some pieces are produced only after purchase because they are not held in inventory. This production process does not involve personalization or custom design. Jewelry production, stone setting, fine polishing, and quality inspection typically require 5–10 business days, with an average production time of approximately 7 business days, before the item is ready to ship.
• Custom & Personalized Orders: Bespoke designs, complex modifications, and personalized engravings are made specifically for you and typically require approximately 20 business days of workshop production before dispatch.

Production times may be slightly longer during peak periods, public holidays, or when material availability is affected. Delivery transit time begins after your order has been dispatched and is separate from the processing times above.

2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information is available, the carrier tracking number will be added to your order. If you provided an email address at checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details and a link to the order status page.

You can also view available shipping updates through your KuGOLD customer account, the order status link in your confirmation email, or the Shop app. Please allow some time for the carrier to register the first tracking update after dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We work with secure international courier services to protect your solid gold jewelry throughout transit.

• United States: Delivery typically takes approximately 7 business days after dispatch.
• Other International Destinations: Delivery typically takes approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, and customs processing may affect the final delivery date.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

The recipient is responsible for monitoring and responding promptly to requests from the carrier or local customs authority, providing any identification or documentation required for clearance, and paying all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. Customs authorities may inspect or hold shipments as part of their standard procedures, and such processing is outside KuGOLD’s control.

If a shipment is held, returned, abandoned, or otherwise cannot be delivered because the recipient declines or fails to complete customs clearance, provide required information, or pay the applicable charges, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund for the order. Any additional storage, return, disposal, or reshipping costs arising from incomplete customs clearance will remain the recipient’s responsibility.

KuGOLD is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges resulting from local import requirements or the recipient’s failure to complete the required clearance process.
