These Terms of Service govern your use of kugold.com and purchases from KuGOLD. KuGOLD.com is operated by Good Friend Jewelry INC. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.

1. Store use

You must use the site lawfully and provide accurate, current information when placing an order. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content or services for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

2. Product information and variants

Product pages identify the available metal karat, color, stone, quantity, dimensions, and other options for each design. Selectable variants form part of the product description. Images are intended to show the design and may include enlarged close-ups; color and apparent scale can vary by screen, lighting, and photography. Measurements and weights described as approximate may vary slightly between production batches. If a listed option cannot be produced, we will contact you before fulfillment and offer an available alternative or a refund.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or content error, legal restrictions, or inability to produce the selected item. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount. Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

4. Production and shipping

Processing and estimated delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy. Some non-custom catalog items are produced after purchase. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Cancellations page and any mandatory consumer law that applies to you. Contact support@kugold.com before sending an item. Custom or personalized goods and legitimately sealed hygiene-sensitive goods may be subject to legal return exceptions. Faulty, damaged, or materially misdescribed items remain subject to applicable statutory remedies.

6. Care and warranty

Follow the Jewelry Care Guide to reduce avoidable wear or damage. Any voluntary repair support is governed by the Lifetime Limited Repair Warranty. Statutory product rights remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services

The site's text, branding, graphics, and original media are owned by or licensed to KuGOLD and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. The store may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, or other functions; their separate terms may apply to those services.

8. Accuracy, availability, and liability

We work to keep site information accurate and current, but may correct errors or update content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KuGOLD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Good Friend Jewelry INC., subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules in your place of residence. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to orders already accepted.
